This Beta Tester Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between RigNav, Inc. ("Company") and you ("Beta Tester") upon acceptance below.
1. Purpose
You are being granted access to RigNav Pro, a proprietary trucking GPS web application currently in beta testing.
2. Confidential Information
All information related to RigNav Pro is confidential, including features, design, source code, bugs, access credentials, URLs, business plans, and pricing.
3. Permitted Use
You may only use RigNav Pro for personal beta testing and feedback purposes.
4. Feedback Ownership
Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide become the sole property of RigNav, Inc.
5. No Warranty
RigNav Pro is provided "as is" during beta testing.
6. Term
This Agreement remains in effect for one (1) year from the date of acceptance.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
